P-2289 '`-' �-- <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE <br /> DREDGING OF WHARVES 1, 2, 3, AND 4 PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFORE <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the maintenance dredging of Wharves 1, <br /> 2, 3, and 4 project (the "Project") at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Board of Port <br /> Commissioners; and <br /> Whereas, the Port is the Lead Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise for bids for <br /> the work therein described. <br /> ,�� <br /> y� , NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> �E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Having reviewed and considered the Project, this Board finds and <br /> determines that this Project is categorically exempt. <br /> 2. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the <br /> Maintenance Dredging - Wharves 1, 2, 3, and 4" located at the Port of Redwood City, <br /> Redwood City, California, prepared by Moffatt & Nichol, a copy of which documents <br /> is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, are hereby approved. <br /> 3.
