On (7ctaber 14, 2009, the I�egional Water Quality Control Board, San <br /> Francisco Bay Regian, adapted Order R2-2009-0074, amendmg the San Mateo <br /> Countywide NPDES Municipal Stnrmw�ter Permit (4rder 99-059, �AS0029921) (the <br /> "NPDES Permit�); and <br /> B. Provision C.3. of the NPDES F'ermit, as it may be amended or reissued from <br /> Eime to time, requires the permittee public agencies to provide minimum verification and <br /> access assu�ances that all treatment measu�es shall be adequa#ely operated and <br /> maintained by entities responsible for the stormwater treatment measures; and <br /> C. The Prop�rky Owner is the o�Nner of real property comrnanly known as La <br /> Palma, Redwood City, CA 94063 (the "Property"}, as more particularly described in <br /> Exhibit"A", attached hereto and incorparater� herein by this reference; and <br /> D. Attached hereto as Exhibit �El", and incorporated herein by this reference, <br /> is a legible reduced-scale copy af the :�ite plan showing the stormwater treatment <br /> measures that are to be loca#ed or to tre construeted on the Property, hereinafter <br /> referred ta as the "Site Plan"; and <br /> E. Atkached hereta as Exhibit "(." and +ncorporaied herein by this reference, <br /> is an °tnspection and Maintenance Checklis#" which describes the Property Owner's <br /> ma+nten�nce activities to be performed pursuant to this Agreement; and <br /> F.
