ORIGINAL <br /> i <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> INNVISION SHELTER NETWORK <br /> (Maple Street Shelter) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this � 1 day of �---�a. <br /> 2015, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City") and INNVISION SHELTER <br /> NETWORK , a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the <br /> "Parties") . <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and "B" ("Program BudgeY') , attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1 , 2015, and ending June 30, 2016 (the "Fiscal Year") ; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1 . FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE . City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Seven and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($17,477.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing <br /> July 1 , 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, solely for the purposes described in <br /> Paragraph 2 . <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS .
