MINUTE ORDER <br /> SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br /> PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br /> September 21, 2015 <br /> MO. 15-155 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> Date: September 23, 2015 <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> Senior Transportation Coordinator <br /> �`"`hard copy available upon request** <br /> SUBJECT: Award Contract for Parking Access and Revenue Control System <br /> Upgrade <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 B (304) <br /> Meeting of the Special Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority of <br /> Redwood City on September 21, 2015. <br /> Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Howard, Seybert, Vice Mayor Foust, and Mayor Gee. <br /> M/S Aguirre/Foust by motion: <br /> 1)Approve and authorize the City Managerto execute a MasterAgreement with Scheidt& Bachmann <br /> USA to provide acquisition and installation of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System <br /> (PARCS) for the Marshall and Jefferson Garages for an amount not to exceed $706,690.63; <br /> 2)Authorize the City Manager to purchase extended warranty and maintenance services with Scheidt <br /> & Bachmann USA, following the original 3-year warranty, annually, for up to ten years for a total <br /> amount not to exceed $292,833.33; <br /> 3) Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, by up to 10% of the <br /> original contract amount, and <br /> 4) Confirm the determination that the Project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA (California <br /> Environmental Quality Act). <br /> Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote with Council Member Pierce absent. <br /> �,..__, �-�. <br /> �.� <br /> �. <br /> ��v1P4 Ul;��ii��b') <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> Municipal City Clerk <br />
