Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, Redwood City, referred to his comments at the <br /> previous Council meeting on February 13, 1995, and again asked the Council to <br /> reconsider many of its past decisions. Mr. Steinfeld also asked Council and City staff <br /> to meet with him and others who also object to cutting down trees for downtown <br /> improvements and the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center to negotiate these <br /> differences of opinion. <br /> 2.
