CALL TO ORDER — All Council Members present <br /> 2. ROLL CALL — City Clerk Vonderlinden, Jessica Manzi Senior Transportation <br /> Coordinator, members of Boards, Commissions and Committees and members <br /> of the public. <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Alan Bygdnes questioned the process of the membership of the committee and <br /> he opined that the membership should be strictly restricted to residents of <br /> incorporated Redwood City. He expressed his preference for membership in this <br /> new committee which included a bicycle rider but all registered voters of <br /> Redwood City and possibly ten members. <br /> 4.
