ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, Redwood City, candidate for Council, cited the Brown Act <br /> Section 54957 stating his opposition to Closed Session annual reviews for the City Clerk <br /> and City Manager, stated that the Brown Act forbade discussion of compensation, and <br /> quoted from the City Manager's report to Council which Mr. Steinfeld stated should not <br /> have been marked confidential. <br /> B.
