RESOLUTION NO. 15-14 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13-31 AND <br /> VACATING THE DECISION UPHOLDING THE APPEAL AND <br /> OVERTURNING THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S APPROVAL OF <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PD2012-02 FOR 3724 LAUREL <br /> WAY <br /> WHEREAS, on January 21 , 2014 , the Planning Commission adopted Resolution <br /> No . 13-31 upholding the appeal and overturning the Zoning Administrator's approval of <br /> Planned Development Permit PD2012-02 for 3724 Laurel Way; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the conclusion of litigation concerning the Planning Commission <br /> action , the Court issued a Peremptory Writ of Mandamus, remanding the matter back to <br /> the Planning Commission for the City of Redwood City for a fair hearing in compliance <br /> with Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5(b). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Resolution No . 13-31 is hereby rescinded . <br /> 2 . The decision upholding the appeal and overturning the Zoning Administrator's <br /> approval of Planned Development Permit PD2012-02 for 3724 Laurel Way is hereby <br /> vacated . <br /> 3 .
