The City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with Hamilton and Winslow <br /> Properties, LLC. <br /> 4. The City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with Hamilton and <br /> Winslow Properties, LLC. <br /> 5. The City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement <br /> with Hamilton and Winslow Properties, LLC. <br /> 6.
