APPLICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT ADJUSTMENT - 1993-94 (903-04) <br />REPORT: Acting Finance Director, November 15, 1993 - Appeals against GID 1-64 <br />Assessment for Fiscal Year 1993-94 to be heard by Board of Equalization <br />Directors and acted upon, including stipulations of revised appraised values <br />agreed to by the City and property owners. <br />Acting Finance Director Ponty and Consultant Charles Warren, of American <br />Appraisal Associates, Inc. provided background information and an explanation <br />of the methodology used to make the appraisals. <br />All speakers who intended to give testimony in those matters before the Council <br />arose, raised their right hands, and in response to the oath promising to tell <br />the truth administered by the City Clerk, all answered in the affirmative. <br />A.
