IN ORDER TO CONVENE A REGULAR MEETING OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. MEETING RECONVENED AT 7:36 P.M. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS A. Laverne Atherly, Cringle Drive, Redwood Shores neighborhood, described Redwood Shores Homeowners Association's many attempts to work with TCI Cablevision, through the good offices of Finance Director Ponty, on installing underground utilities. Mr. Atherly asked Council to stop TCI Cablevision from installing above ground pedestals for their cabling transfers until this issue is resolved. Mayor Buchan referred this matter to City Manager Everett and City Attorney Schricker.
