La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld and <br /> and Mayor Buchan <br /> Council Members absent: Claire and Gasparini <br /> Officials and staff present: Everett, Schricker, Jorgenson and Light, , <br /> Guardino and Keith Fleming. <br /> SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City met on this date at 6:08 P.M. in Closed ,- <br /> Session. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> The Council met for a) purposes of discussion of labor negotiations with the POA, <br /> PSA and IAFF and the Council negotiator according to G.C. 54957.6 (F); and. b) a <br /> conference with legal counsel regarding a settlement discussion for an existing <br /> case. Almeida v. City of Redwood City according to G.C. 54956.9 (a). <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor Buchan that it was the consensus of the <br /> Council to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 P.M. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENT: A tentative settlement was reached in Almeida v.
