ORAL COMMUNICATIONS A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, Redwood City, commented on a pending court case and asked City staff to replace portions of file material removed by the City Attorney. B. Ira Rushkin, 1001 Iris Street, invited everyone to join in a protest and dialogue about ItWomen and the War in Bosnia, Rape as a Weapon of Warlt to be held in the Palo Alto City Council Chambers, Sunday, February 27th from 1-5 P.M. C. Dr. Roger Willey asked Council to consider a stronger anti-smoking ordinance that prohibits smoking in all restaurants and all work places, and asked that cigarette dispensing vending machines be prohibited as well. D. Heather Shotwell and her assistant, Mia, 9 Tidewater Drive, Redwood Shores neighborhood, urged Council to work with the Belmont School District to provide a school and community center in the Shores area, and submitted a petition in support of the project. Councilman Greenalch advised that the Council has been working very hard on this project, and MINUTE BOOK NO. 52 Page No. 133 . -
