ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, Redwood City, commented on a pending <br /> court case and asked City staff to replace portions of file material <br /> removed by the City Attorney. <br /> B. Ira Rushkin, 1001 Iris Street, invited everyone to join in a protest and <br /> dialogue about ItWomen and the War in Bosnia, Rape as a Weapon of Warlt to <br /> be held in the Palo Alto City Council Chambers, Sunday, February 27th <br /> from 1-5 P.M. <br /> C. Dr. Roger Willey asked Council to consider a stronger anti-smoking <br /> ordinance that prohibits smoking in all restaurants and all work places, <br /> and asked that cigarette dispensing vending machines be prohibited as <br /> well. <br /> D. Heather Shotwell and her assistant, Mia, 9 Tidewater Drive, Redwood <br /> Shores neighborhood, urged Council to work with the Belmont School <br /> District to provide a school and community center in the Shores area, and <br /> submitted a petition in support of the project.
