P- 2309 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF APPLICATION FOR A GRANT FOR THE RECEIPT OF <br /> FUNDING FROM THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br /> BOATING AND WATERWAYS FOR THE REMOVAL OF <br /> VESSELS UNDER THE SURRENDERED AND ABANDONED <br /> VESSEL EXCHANGE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners (the "Port"), is interested in applying for a grant under the <br /> Surrendered and Abandoned Vessel Exchange (SAVE) in the amount of <br /> Fifty Thousand Dollars and no /100 ($so,000 from the California <br /> Department of Boating and Waterways (the "GranY'); and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds from the Grant will be used for the removal of <br /> surrendered and abandoned vessels. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
