ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Albert Davies, 1580 El Camino Real, Redwood City advised the Council that <br /> he had been out of town on August 17, 1992 when the Council reviewed the <br /> conditions existing at his property at 406 Cedar Street and adopted <br /> Resolution No. 11821, ordering abatement. Mr. Davies asked for <br /> reconsideration of the Council's actions or an extension of the 3D-day <br /> order to abate. Mayor La Berge and City Attorney Schricker advised Mr. <br /> Davies that the appropriate means of addressing this issue was through <br /> the Building Department, and that the Council could only take action on <br /> items listed on the agenda. This item was referred to City staff. <br /> (101-05) <br /> MEMO 9/15/92 <br /> B.
