By motion, adopt a resolution to approve the FY16/17 Annual Action Plan (Action Plan) <br />and authorize the City Manager to execute and file documents related to the Action Plan for <br />submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with organizations <br />identified in the Action Plan after FY16/17 HUD grant agreements for CDBG and HOME <br />funds are received <br />M/S Gee/Howard to authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with <br />organizations identified in the Action Plan after FY16/17 HUD grant agreements for CDBG <br />and HOME funds are received. <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />Municipal City Clerk <br />
