R E S O L U T I O N NO . 7762 <br /> CGM : jp : 2/1/77 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976- 1977 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> FEB 7 1977 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY , AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement between C . G . Uhlenberg & Co . , <br /> Certified Public Accountants , and the City of Redwood City , <br /> entitled "Agreement for Auditing Services " ( form dated 2/ 1/ 77 ) , <br /> providing for the performance by said accountants of profes- <br /> sional auditing services for the City of Redwood City <br /> pertaining to municipal funds during the fiscal year July 1 , <br /> 1976 , and ending June 30 , 1977 , a copy of which agreement <br /> is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk , to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> concerning the terms and conditions thereof , is hereby approved , <br /> and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City . <br /> 7762 <br />
