Find that the Zoning Map Amendments are in the public interest and are consistent <br />with the purposes of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance and the General Plan. <br />2. Approve the Zoning Map Amendment for the Seaport Plaza property located at 100- <br />200 Cardinal Way as well as a portion of Cardinal Way from the General Industrial (GI) to <br />the Industrial Park (IP) Zoning District <br />3. Approve the Zoning Map Amendment for the Stanford Boathouse property located at <br />300 Cardinal Way from the General Industrial (GI) to the Industrial Restricted (IR) Zoning <br />District <br /> T <br />
