City requirs th� professiona! services of a Consultant with a gen�ral <br /> public firewarks display license, including the senrices of a State certified <br /> Pyrotechnician; and <br /> B. Consul�ant has the nec�ssary experience in providing professional <br /> servic�s and advice. <br /> C. Selection of Consu[tant is expected to achieve the desired results in <br /> an expedited fashian. <br /> �?. Ct�nsult�nt has subm�tted a proposal to City and has affirmed its <br /> willingness and ability to perfo�� su+�h work. <br /> NC}W, THEF�EFC3RE, in consideratian of these recitals and the m�tual <br /> covenants cor�tained hecein, the Parties agree as#allows: <br /> 1. Scape nf Wc�rk. City retains Consultant tcr perform, and Consultanf <br /> agr��s to render, thase seruices (#he °Services") that are defined in att�ached Exhibit <br /> °A� (Scope of Work) which is incorporated hereirr by r�ferenc�a. In the event of a <br /> cvnflict beiinreen the pravisions of E�ibit "A" and the terms of this Agreement, the <br /> terms af this ,4greernent shall prevail.
