B - City of Redwood City <br />and YMCA of Silicon Valley Exclusive Negotiating Agreement due to her serving on the <br />YMCA of Silicon Valley Board and she left the chamber. <br />M/S Aguirre/Masur to approve item 6.1.B. <br />Motion carried 6-1 with Council Member Howard recused and abstained. <br />Melissa Thurman <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />
