Approve the contract documents and award the standard form construction contract <br />(Section 00520) for the 2015-2016 Asphalt Rubber Cape Seal and Spot Repair Project to <br />American Pavement Systems Inc. of Modesto for their responsive and responsible low <br />bid of $3,177,892.75 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% above the original contract amount <br />2.
