MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />June 27, 2016 <br />MO. 16-130 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: June 29, 2016 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />City Clerk <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: City Council appointments for the Planning Commission (two expiring seats), <br />the Library Board (two expiring seats), the Port Commission (three expiring <br />seats) and the Board of Building Review (two seats), which was extended from <br />the Phase I recruitment stage <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.A (209) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority of Redwood <br />City on June 27, 2016. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Vice Mayor Bain and Mayor <br />Seybert. <br />Appoint by roll call vote to fill the following: two expiring seats on the Planning Commission, two <br />expiring seats on the Library Board, three expiring seats on the Port Commission and appoint two <br />incumbents to Board of Building Review. All full-term seats on the Planning Commission and Library <br />Board expire on June 30, 2016. All full-term seats on the Port Commission expire on July 31, 2016, <br />and the Board of Building Review seats expired on May 31, 2016 <br />Planning Commission Two Full Term seats expiring on June 30, 2020. <br />Roll call vote: <br />➢ Kevin Bondonno (Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Bain, Seybert) <br />➢ Muhammed Safdari (Aguirre, Masur, Seybert) <br />➢ Shawn White (Borgens, Gee, Howard, Bain) <br />The appointees to the Planning Commission are Kevin Bondonno and Shawn White. <br />Library Board Two Full Term seats expiring on June 30, 2020. <br />Roll call vote: <br />➢ Gregorio Alvarez (Howard, Masur, Aguirre) <br />➢ Reina Barragan (Unanimous) <br />➢ Barbara Valley (Gee, Borgens, Bain, Seybert) <br />
