���1�7�IVG'L'�� <br /> ABATEMENT SERVICE5 AGREEMENT <br /> The SAN MATEO COUNTY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT("District")and CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CIT'Y("Owner")agree as follows: <br /> 1. The District will perform abatement services for the Owner's problem site as described below. The District <br /> will,as reasonably necessary,develop and implement mosquiEO surveillance and control ectivities with its ovm <br /> personnel,materials and equipment at tt►e problem site. <br /> 2. Problem site: The catch basin storm drain system in the presentiy developed areas of Redwood Shores. <br /> 3. Owner shall reimburse District man-hours$52.60"(dollars per man-hour and material costs nat to exceed a <br /> total of�42,000). The District will bill Owner for actual services and materials rendered. Owner will pay for <br /> such services within 30 days of receipt of each bill <br /> 4. The occurnence of any unusual problems that would require additional manpowtr,equipment and ma3erials,will <br /> necessitate a change arder as an addendum to this agreement. It is understood that any changes would be <br /> mutually agreed to prior to the initiation of the order. All additional costs re(ated to change orders would be <br /> negotiated separately. <br /> 5. This agreement shall be effeetive July 1,2016 through June 30,2017. Either party may terminate the _ <br /> agreement upon 30 days writta�notice to the other party. <br /> 6.
