Councilmembers interviewed one applicant for appointment to the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission for an unexpired term expiring April 30, 1994: <br /> Victor Morton, who was unable to attend the first Interview Session held on <br /> December 7, 1992. <br /> Mayor Buchan advised that appointment to the Park and Recreation Commission <br /> would take place during the regular meeting of January 18, 1993. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2. Councilmembers interviewed six applicants for appointment to the Planning <br /> Commission for one unexpired term, expiring June 30, 1993: <br /> David Bailey <br /> Donald Frohlich <br /> James Hartnett <br /> Michael O'Brien <br /> Michael Verdone <br /> C.
