Councilman Henderson moved introduction of Ordinance , and adoption of <br /> Resolutions , seconded by Councilman Williams , as follows : <br /> Ordinance appropriating $ 52 , 000 from unappropriated balance of Capital <br /> Outlay Fund to provide for construction and other costs relating to the <br /> Fair Oaks Community Center Project and related improvements ; <br /> RESOLUTION NO , 6851 AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FAIR OAKS <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER ; REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS RECEIVED ; AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF CONTRACT FOR SAID WORK ; AND , DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br /> DEPOSIT , AND <br /> RESOLUTION NO , 6852 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT <br /> TO AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR OPERATION OF THE FAIR OAKS <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER . <br /> Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilmen Rhodes and Weymouth <br /> being noted absent . <br /> Councilman Norris moved to approve Fair Oaks Operational Guidelines , <br /> seconded by Councilman Leipzig and carried . <br /> (MINUTE ORDER #72 -225) <br /> Councilman Williams moved to adjourn at 5 : 16 p . m . to Executive Session , <br /> for discussion of Employer-employee labor negotiations , seconded by <br /> Councilman Norris and carried . <br /> Councilman Leipzig moved to adjourn Executive Session and reconvene to <br /> Adjourned Regular Meeting at 7 : 15 p . m . , seconded by Councilman Norris <br /> and carried .
