O R D I N A N C E N O . 92C <br /> RJC : ek : 12/5/58 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 758 , <br /> BEING THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY , BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 106 , <br /> ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR LIMITED TRUCK <br /> TRAFFIC ROUTES AND PROVIDING PROCEDURES FOR <br /> ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR HAULING OF MATERIALS <br /> THEREON <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION 1 . Ordinance No . 758 , entitled " An Ordinance of the <br /> City of Redwood City regulating Traffic upon the Public Streets and <br /> Repealing all Ordinances and Parts of Ordinances in Conflict Herewith , " <br /> adopted February 1 , 1954 , is hereby amended by adding thereto a new <br /> section providing for the establishment of limited truck routes in <br /> the City of Redwood City , designating regulations in connection <br /> therewith , and providing a permit system for the administration <br /> thereof , which new section shall be numbered Section 106 , including <br /> subsections ( a) to (r ) inclusive , to read as follows : <br /> " SECTION 106 . Limited Truck Routes . Notwithstanding <br /> any other provision of this ordinance or any other ordinance <br /> of the City of Redwood City , vehicles hauling earth and dirt <br /> fill or other paving or construction material within or <br /> through the City of Redwood City to or from points within <br /> or without said City , exceeding a maximum gross weight <br /> including load of three ( 3 ) tons , may be permitted on such <br /> streets as are designated in subsection ( o ) hereof as <br /> ' Limited Truck Route ' and are not designated by approaching <br /> signs as ' Truck Traffic Route , ` under the following condi- <br /> tions and provisions : <br /> ( a) Permit . Any person desiring to haul materials <br /> mentioned in this section on any limited truck route <br /> shall file an application in triplicate for a permit <br /> so to do with the City Clerk , the original of which <br /> shall be verified . The application shall set forth <br /> the following information : <br /> ( 1 ) A full identification , and the residence <br /> and business address of the applicant , in- <br /> cluding all members of any firm or partnership , <br /> and the president and secretary of any corpora- <br /> tion applying ; if the applicant is the agent or <br />
