By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with 849 Veterans RWC, LLC <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Maintenance Agreement with 849 Veterans RWC, LLC <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Easement and <br />Maintenance Agreement with 849 Veterans RWC, LLC <br />4. By motion, approve the sidewalk and public utility easements, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for such Deeds, and modify the content of <br />the Easement Deeds as necessary to receive signed Deeds <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Melissa Thurman <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />
