MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />September 12, 2016 <br />MO. 16-172 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: September 14, 2016 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Administrative Services Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Amendments to Agreements with MuniServices, LLC and Donald H. <br />Maynor, a Professional Corporation, for a Utility Users Tax Compliance <br />and Revenue Protection Program <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.10 (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority of <br />Redwood City on September 12, 2016. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Vice Mayor Bain and <br />Mayor Seybert <br />M/S Aguirre/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding items 6.1.E and 6.3.13. <br />Authorize, by motion, the City Manager to (1) execute Amendment No. 1 to an agreement <br />with MuniServices, LLC for a Utility Users Tax and Revenue Protection Program, which <br />Amendment extends the term of the agreement through December 31, 2016 and provides <br />that City shall pay MuniServices, LLC $16,726.04 for the period of July 1, 2016 to December <br />31, 2016 and (2) execute Amendment No. 1 to an agreement for legal services with Donald <br />H. Maynor, a Professional corporation, which Amendment extends the term of the agreement <br />through December 31, 2016 and provides that City shall pay Donald H.
