Appeal against GID 1-64 Assessment for the fiscal year 1990-91 filed by <br /> Paul Watts, 314 Starfish Lane, Redwood City <br /> Mr. Watts was not present and no one spoke on his behalf. <br />2. Appeal against GID 1-64 Assessment for the fiscal year 1990-91 filed by <br /> Shao-yeh and Ying-Chi Ma, 813 Seal Pointe Drive, Redwood City <br /> Mrs. Ma addressed the Board and asked that their appeal be upheld on the <br /> grounds that the utility box and excavated areas are permanent detractors <br /> on their property and that the revised appraisal of $445,000 be approved. <br />3.
