ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> RAPE TRAUMA SERVICES <br /> (Sexual Abuse Services for Children and Youth) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT , made and entered into this 1 da Y of # i�� <br /> 2016 , by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California (" City") and RAPE TRAUMA SERVICES : A <br /> CENTER FOR HEALING AND VIOLENCE PREVENTION , a California nonprofit <br /> organization (" Contractor" ; collectively the " Parties") . <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS , Contractor provides certain services through programs , <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals") , <br /> and " B" ("Program Budget") , attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS , Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1 , 2016 , and ending June 30 , 2017 (the " Fiscal Year") ; and <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , the Parties hereby agree as follows : <br /> 1 . FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE . City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($ 15 , 000 .00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the <br /> fiscal year commencing July 1 , 2016 , and ending June 30 , 2017, solely for the <br /> purposes described in Paragraph 2 . <br /> 2 . USE OF FUNDS . Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B , <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein . <br /> 3 . CHANGES TO PROJECT .
