ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> REBUILDING TOGETHER PENINSULA <br /> (Safe at Home) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ig day of 6CiS. <br /> 2016, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY,. a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City") and REBUILDING TOGETHER <br /> PENINSULA, a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the <br /> "Parties") . <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS , Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" (" Program & Quantitative Goals") , <br /> and " B" ("Program Budget") , attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS , Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1 , 2016, and ending June 30, 2017 (the " Fiscal Year"); and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows : <br /> 1 . FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($ 15, 000. 00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the <br /> fiscal year commencing July 1 , 2016 , and ending June 30, 2017 , solely for the <br /> purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS . Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein . <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
