P-2328 <br /> RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING CONSIDERATION PURSUANT TO THE <br /> CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF THE PROPOSED <br /> MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND REVISED INITIAL STUDY FOR <br /> THE STAR CONCRETE BATCH PLANT PROJECT LOCATED AT THE PORT <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN <br /> MATEO ; APPROVING THE REVISED INITIAL STUDY AND THE NOTICE OF <br /> INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION; <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CIRCULATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF <br /> THE NOTICE OF INTENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS FOR SAID <br /> PROJECT; AND APPROVING THE PAYMENTS OF EXPENDITURES, FEES <br /> AND COSTS RELATED TO THE CIRCULATION AND DISTRIBUTION <br /> THEREOF - (Sandman , Inc. dba Star Concrete) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub . Resources Code §21000 , et seq. and 14 Cal. Regs. <br /> 15000 et seq.) , the City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners (the " Port") undertook the preparation of an Initial Study and the <br /> prepared a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration ("DMND") for the Star Concrete <br /> Batch Plant project (the "Project") and circulated the Initial Study and the DMND ; <br /> for public comments ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Project was subsequently revised prior to the adoption of <br /> the Mitigated Negative Declaration ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Project is located within the Port of Redwood City, at 475 <br /> Seaport Blvd . , Redwood City, California - APN 054-300-530 (the "Site").
