After discussion of the review <br /> of the sidewalk ordinance which the Council had previously requested , Councilman Royer <br /> moved that action on the variance requested be held up for one week at which time a <br /> revised driveway ordinance should be presented to the Council for consideration ( MINUTE <br /> ORDER #61 -85 ) , seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried . <br /> 2POINTMENT TO PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION . Councilman Granger moved to re -appoint <br /> Wallace Harder to the Park and Recreation Commission for a four year term ( MINUTE ORDER <br /> #61 -86 ) , seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried . <br /> WEST OF ODDSTAD HOMES FOR PERMISSION TO MOVE A FRAME HOUSE with stucco exterior from 1012 <br /> Woodside Road ( portion Lot 16 , Block 3 , Woodside Acres ) to 522 Sapphire Street ( portion <br /> Lot 5 , Block 10 , New High School Acres ) located in an R-1 District . The Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval of the application to move the building from 1012 Woodside <br /> Road to 522 Sapphire Street . The building is above average in appearance and condition <br /> and will upgrade the new location and harmonize with the existing development of the <br /> neighborhood . It is recommended that the approval be subject to all building code <br />
