By Motion, approve professional engineering services agreement with Kennedy/Jenks <br />Consultants for Recycled Water Project - Distribution System Design - Redwood Shores <br />Project Area, and authorize the City Manager to sign agreement <br />2. By Motion, approve professional engineering services agreement with Kennedy/Jenks <br />Consultants for Recycled Water Project - Customer Retrofit and Program Support <br />Services - Phase One, and authorize the City Manager to sign agreement. <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Council Member Hartnett and Vice <br />Mayor Pierce absent. <br />Q~~~~ ) ~ . ~..'-\\~ <br />Patricia S.
