MINUTE ORDER <br />SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />December 12, 2016 <br />MO. 16-232 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: December 13, 2016 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Professional services agreement with The Office of Cheryl Barton (OCB) <br />for landscape architectural design services for the Broadway <br />Streetscape Project- Conceptual Design Project <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1C (304) <br />Meeting of the Special Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing <br />Authority Meeting on December 12, 2016. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard and Masur participated via <br />teleconference, Vice Mayor Bain and Mayor Seybert <br />M/S Aguirre/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding item 6.1.G. <br />By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the professional services <br />agreement for $147,706 with OCB for landscape architectural design services for the <br />Broadway Streetscape Project -Conceptual Design Project and authorize the City Manager <br />to increase the contract amount up to 10% if necessary. <br />Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />City Clerk <br />
