WITH REDWOOD CITY POLICE YOUTH CLUB RELATING <br />TO EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and the Redwood City Police Youth Club entitled "Agreement" <br />relating to the expenditure of funds appropriated by the City <br />and paid to the Police Youth Club to be utilized solely for <br />youth activities, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is made for <br />full particulars concerning the terms and particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; <br />provided, however, that funds for such purposes shall first <br />have been appropriated. <br />
