J "dj <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO <br />LATEST MODEL AUTOMOBILES; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />specifications for two latest model, 8 cylinder, four -door sedan <br />automobiles to be used for municipal purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said automobiles; <br />NOW, THEREFORE,- <br />BE <br />HEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifica- <br />tions and bid sheets, for the furnishing of two latest model, <br />8 cylinder, four -door sedan automobiles, to be used for municipal <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said automobiles designated <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br />
