DES.ek 2/23/68 <br />RES GLUT I ON NO. 66aY <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br />TO STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, WESTERN <br />OPERATIONS, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Standard oil Company of California, Western Operations, <br />Inc., has heretofore applied for permission from the City of Red- <br />wood City to occupy and utilize a portion of city -owned land for <br />the purpose of installing and maintaining a drainage pipe for <br />storm waters; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant said <br />revocable permission for said occupancy and use of city -owned <br />land as shown on "Exhibit A" attached to the revocable permit <br />and subject to certain conditions set forth therein; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain revocable permit (form dated 2/23/68) <br />allowing the Standard Oil Company of California, Western Operations, <br />Inc., to install and maintain a drainage pipe for storm waters in <br />certain city -owned land, subject to certain conditions, copy of <br />which is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to <br />which copy reference is made concerning the full particulars <br />as to the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and <br />the City Manager and Director of Public Works are hereby authorized <br />to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
