DES: yc: 3/15/6 8 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF EDGEWOOD-WILMINGTON WATER SYSTEM UNDER <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2-65 (PROJECT UNIT <br />NO. W-7); AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, certain plans and specifications have been prepared <br />for the construction of Edgewood-Wilmington Water System, in <br />connection with General Improvement District No. 2-65, under <br />Project Unit No. W-7 of said improvement district; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has reviewed <br />said plans and specifications and desires to approve the same <br />and authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br />construction of said improvements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "G.I.D. No. 2-65 - Project <br />Unit W-7 - Edgewood-Wilmington Water System," and those certain <br />specifications entitled "Redwood City G.I.D. No. 2-65 - General <br />Specifications and Special Provisions for the Construction of <br />Edgewood-Wilmington Water System - Project No. W-7 in the City <br />of Redwood City, California," copies of which are presently on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copies reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />conditions thereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br />for bids for the construction of the above mentioned improvements. <br />
