Stangel City Hall Conference Room <br /> 1017 Middlefield Road <br /> Redwood City <br /> 5:30 p.m. <br /> FEBRUARY 12, 1990 <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City met on this date at 5:30 p.m. <br />in a special executive session with Chairman Greenalch presiding. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Directors present: Buchan, Claire, LaBerge, Murray, and Chairman Greenalch <br />Directors absent: Bury and Stangel <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Hildebrand, Schricker, Irizarry and Church <br />Discussion <br />Chairman Greenalch reminded the Agency that the meeting was for the sole purpose <br />of discussing pending litigation according to G.C. 54956.9(b) and pending <br />litigation regarding DME v. the City of Redwood City et al according to G.C. <br />54956.9(a) <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />On motion made, seconded and carried the Council adjourned at 6:15 p.m. <br /> James M.
