Sequoia Station Project - Actions by Redevelopment Agency and City Council <br />under CEQA regarding Final EIR (1401 -06) <br />Report: Community Development Director, 4/4/90 <br />Redevelopment Agency Director Church presented the staff report and a <br />synopsis of the EIR Process. In answer to Council /Agency questions Director <br />Church and Redevelopment Attorney Hildebrand described the monitoring <br />process; the general nature of the EIR with specifics decided in the <br />planning and permit process; the Sequoia Station Project as one part of the <br />larger Redevelopment Area 2 which does contain housing plans; coordinating <br />the construction noise with Ordinance No. 2013; and driveway improvements <br />and signalization options process. <br />Joint Council /Redevelopment Minutes <br />April 9, 1990 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 49 Page 1 <br />Page No. 267 <br />
