Stangel <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CALL TO ORDER - 7:30 p.m., Mayor La Berge presiding <br />M I N U T E S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />401 Marshall Street <br />Redwood City <br />May 14, 1990 <br />Councilmembers present: Buchan, Claire, Murray, Stangel and Mayor La Berge <br />Councilmembers absent: Bury and Greenalch <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Jorgenson and Jean, Pawloski <br />Guardino, Griffiths, Patterson, Church <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilman Claire <br />INVOCATION - Pastor Daniel Vasquez of the Church of the Open Door offered the <br />invocation, and a prayer for a speedy recovery for Barbara Greenalch, and <br />strength and support for her husband, Council Member Jack Greenalch, and their <br />family. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Interview Session of May 7, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting of May 7, 1990 <br />M /S: Buchan /Claire to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote with Councilman Stangel abstaining. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />RECESS <br />Mayor La Berge declared a recess at 7:32 p.m. in order to adjourn as <br />Redevelopment Agency and reconvene the Council Meeting immediately following <br />adjournment of Redevelopment Agency Meeting. <br />Meeting reconvened at 7:37 p.m. <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1.
