Presentation of Mayor's Beautification Awards 1990 (301 -06) <br />Mayor La Berge described the three year history of the Mayor's <br />Beautification Awards with eight entries in 1988, nineteen entries in 1989 <br />and thirty -one entries in 1990. The Judges were Diane Howard, Chairperson <br />of the Park and Recreation Committee, Betty Moran, Chairperson of the Civic <br />Cultural Commission and Mayor La Berge. <br />Vice Mayor Bury and Councilwoman Buchan presented the Mayor's Beautification <br />Awards 1990 to the following winners: <br />BEST IMPROVED /REMODELED - John and Jennifer Spotorno <br />1204 Harrison Avenue <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 49 Minutes <br />Page No. 336 June 25, 1990 <br />Page 1 <br />
