COPY 1/14/02 <br />RESOLUTION NO.. 14409 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF MARIE LA <br />ROCCA ESTATES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS: APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br />AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br />DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedication of easements) <br />described therein entitled "Marie La Rocca Estates Subdivision" (the "Subdivision "), <br />prepared by Smith Randlett Foulk & Stock, Inc., and the Improvement Plans prepared <br />by Smith Randlett Foulk & Stock, Inc., Consulting Civil Engineers and consultants for <br />La Rocca & Turner Development, LLC, a California limited liability company, the owner <br />of record of the Subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming <br />to the tentative map for the Subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City <br />( "City ") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean <br />the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the <br />Subdivision) of the Subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br />subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for Improvement of Marie La Rocca Estates Subdivision" (the "Agreement'), <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1269 <br />122001 DBEds <br />
