<br /> o RIG I N A L b/12/91 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2044 <br /> - - - - - - - - - - - <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT UF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br />BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF' THE REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPHOVEl~NT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, <br />for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1 ~~ 1 - June 30, 1~~2, in the amounts set <br />forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />Two Hundred SlXty five Thousand and no/l00 dollars ($265,000.00) <br />for payment of prlncipal and interest on Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and the special <br />tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0080 on each <br />One Hundred Dollars of assessed value of all taxable real property <br />within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said <br />District was established by Resolution No. 458~, adop ted by the <br />Councll of the City of Hedwooa City on l~rch 15, 1~65, together with <br />all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict with this ordinance are hereoy repealed. <br /> -1- <br />
