REPEALER. Ordinance No. 1968 entitled, <br />"Ordinance Determining and Declaring vI ate r Shortage Emergency, <br />Establishing Regulations and Restrictions on the Delivery and <br />Consumption of Water, and Establishing Penalties for Violations <br />Thereof", adopted May 23, 1988 is hereby repealed. <br /> ) <br /> SECTION 2. REPEALER. Ordinance No. 1984 entitled, <br />"Ordinance Amending Section 7 of Ordinance No. 1968 Adopted by <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 23, 1988 Relating <br />to Excess Water Use Charge", adopted December 19, 1988 is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE, OPERATIVE DATES.
