<br /> SWC : s"h _ 7/20/87 (#6) SEP 1 4 1987 <br /> sWC:è.. 8/14/87R <br /> SWC:djk 8/20/87R ORIGINAL <br /> o R DIN A N C E N o. 1.958 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.38 OF CHAPTER 13; <br />REPEALING SECTION 20.93 OF, AMENDING SECTION 20.95.2 <br />OF, AND ADDING DIVISION 11 TO ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER <br />20; AND AMENDING SECTION 28.2 OF CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE PARKING OF <br />VENDING VEHICLES, WAGONS AND PUSHCARTS <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION l. Section 13.38 of Chapter 13 of the Redwood City <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 13.38. Duration; Fixed Position. Mobile food <br />vending vehicles in a fixed position shall comply with state <br />health laws and regulations and the provisions of this Code <br />concerning restaurants. For purposes of this section, any <br />mobile food vending vehicle which fails to move at least one <br />thousand feet from its prior location wi thin any four-hour <br />period, or moves at least one thousand feet and returns to <br />its prior position within any four hour period, shall be <br />deemed to be in a fixed position." <br />SECTION 2. Section 20.93 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood City <br />Code is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Section 20.95.2 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood <br />City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.95.2. Parking Bail Schedules. For all <br />Vehicle Code violations and for all parking violations <br />(other than those listed in sections 20.95.1, 20.123.5, <br />20.127, 20.190 and 20.210 and Division 11, the following <br />procedure shall apply: <br /> -- <br />
