<br /> DAS:djk 9/19/86 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 1942 OCT 6 1986 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1942 <br /> <br /> --------- - - <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200,000.00 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED <br /> WATER FUND BALANCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT AND PROTECTION, <br /> WATER FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECTS, RESERVOIR SEISMIC <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FOR REHABILITATION OF SEQUOIA RESERVOIR <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand and No/lOO <br /> Dollars ($200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the <br /> unappropriated water fund balance to the appropriation for <br /> Environmental Support and Protection, Water Fund Capital <br /> Improvements Projects, Reservoir Seismic Improvements for <br /> rehabilitation of Sequoia Reservoir. <br /> SECTION 2. The abovementioned sum appropriated pursuant to <br /> Section 1 herein shall be for expenditure during fiscal year July <br /> 1, 1986 - June 30, 1987 and shall be in addition to all sums <br /> appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> 1986 - June 30, 1987. <br /> SECTION 3.
