<br /> " DAS: sh 6/4/86 <br /> 1934 ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1934 <br /> JUL 7 1986 --------- <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 20.98 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING SECTIONS 20.98, <br />20.98.1, 20.98.2, 20.98.3, 20.98.4, 20.98.5, 20.98.6, <br />20.98.7, 20.98.8, 20.98.9, 20.98.10, and 20.98A <br />RELATING TO VEHICLE PARKING LIMITATION UPON CERTAIN <br />SPECIFIED STREETS <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 20.98 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. Section 20.98 is hereby added to the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.98. Parking prohibited at certain <br />designated times on designated streets; application of <br />section on holidays; tow-away. When signs are erected <br />giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle upon <br />the streets specified, and during the times respectfully <br />indicated therefor, in Section 20.98.1 through 20.98.10 <br />inclusive. The provisions said sections shall not be <br />applicable on holidays. In accordance with Section 20.106, <br />and when appropriate signs have been erected, any vehicle <br />parked on any of the streets designated in Section 20.98.1 <br />through 20.98.10 inclusive, during the times indicated shall <br />be subject to being removed, pursuant to the provisions of <br />Section 20.107." <br />SECTION 3. Section 20.98.1 is hereby added to the Code of <br />the City Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> 1,93 4 <br /> --.......- <br />
