Improvements Project (Marina P.S., P.S. #17 <br />and P.S. #19) <br />That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California; <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is removal and replacement of existing mechanical <br />and electrical structures, rehabilitation and repair of an existing wet well, furnishing and installation <br />of a temporary by-pass system, replacement of pumps and motor control center, installation of a <br />80KW generator and connection of pump station to existing force mains and other associated <br />work. <br />That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: <br />Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Improvements Project at the following locations: <br />Marina Pump Station at 473 Seaport Court <br />Pump Station # 17 at 11 Avocet and <br />Pump Station #19 at Shearwater Parkway and Hampton <br />Redwood City, CA <br />That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: <br />Casey Construction, Inc. <br />619 Sylvan Way <br />Emerald Hills, CA 94062 <br />CSLB #459579 & #798190 <br />Class(es) A, B, HAZ <br />k650) 369-1876 <br />A <br />ERLINDEN <br />MELISSA STEVENSON DIAZ <br />City Manager <br />City of Redwood City <br />
